Chuy’s is a Tex-Mex restaurant chain. Chuy’s was incorporated back in 1982 in Austin, Texas by Mike Young and John Zapp. Currently, it has its restaurants spread over more than 102 locations. This chain currently has restaurants in 19 states: Ohio, Georgia, South Carolina, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Alabama, Arkansas, Tennessee, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Texas, Missouri, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, and Kentucky.
