There are more than 17, 000 clients and 3, 000 employees. They also provide education, self – empowerment initiatives, mentorship for the young talents to choose the right career path. Apart from these they also act as a platform for the companies to select and train the desired candidates in their desired field. The company funds largely to STEM education that helps women and minorities. They have the resume of the candidates updated on the site.
