The company was responsible for the introduction of suitcases that are made from ballistic nylon, in the baggage and luggage industry. The company’s trademark was its black on black designs. Then in the year 2004, the company was taken over by a private equity firm known as Doughty Hanson & Company. In the year 2009, the company’s CEO post was given to Jerome Griffith.
